9 Letter to the Girl's Youth

Dear International Girls Youth,

Keeping up with the preparation of our RTA Encounter, we want to let you know that so far there are 1000 girls inscribed to our encounter. We are a lot already! How much joy to be able to proclaim together to our Mater: QUEEN!

So, for our encounter to be blesses and organized, we need your collaboration:

May 31st is the top date for you to send us the following:

Complete list with the data of all the girls and assessors that make up your group (we attach it again).
The 3 songs (that represent you) that you would like to be included in the encounter’s songbook.
The confirmation of your participation in the Queen’s Festival (August 15, the detailed letter is attached).
The confirmation of your participation in the Expo-countries (the detailed letter is also attached).
Bank Transfer to participate in the meeting of JF, RTA, and theFestival of the Alliance. There are 35 € per person. The counselorsdo not pay.
